What is m8n?
m8n is decision infrastructure for AI systems. It sits between your applications and the language models they depend on, turning every AI decision into a learning event that feeds back into future reasoning.
Instead of static prompts and one-shot calls, m8n creates a continuous intelligence loop: decisions are logged, outcomes are measured, patterns emerge, and the system improves with every cycle. The QHPA Engine
At the core of m8n is the QHPA (Quantum Heuristic Pattern Architecture) engine — a self-evolving intelligence layer that governs multi-model AI operations. QHPA was built over 18 iterative layers, each adding capability without replacing what came before.
QHPA coordinates multiple AI models (Claude, Gemini, Qwen, Ollama), routes work to the right provider based on cost, latency, and capability, tracks every decision with cryptographic receipts, and learns from outcomes. It handles model fallback, confidence calibration, drift detection, and guardrail enforcement — all transparently.
It is not another model. It is the governance layer that makes models useful, auditable, and self-improving.
The Blueprint Architecture
Every AI operation in m8n runs through a Blueprint — a versioned, auditable configuration that defines which models to use, what tools to invoke, what guardrails to enforce, and how to measure success. Blueprints exist in a 3D coordinate system: M8N features × AI models × MCP tools.
Blueprints are versioned, diffable, and propose their own improvements. When the system detects that a different model or configuration would yield better results, it generates a proposal that operators can approve or reject — with full provenance and rollback capability.
